Arrived to the 37th edition, the sail manifestation organised by the Congregation at Sailors in collaboration with the Municipality of Cesenatico, it coincides with the start of the season for these fastest as versatile drifts to double hull.Giunta alla 37a edizione, la manifestazione velica organizzata dalla Congrega Velisti in collaborazione con il Comune di Cesenatico, coincide con l’avvio della stagione per queste velocissime quanto versatili derive a doppio scafo.

The Easter regatta will involve, as it is by now a tradition, 200 boats and crews coming from all the world and will be an important occasion of comparison of the best skippers. La regata di Pasqua coinvolgerà, come è ormai tradizione, circa 200 imbarcazioni ed equipaggi provenienti da tutto il mondo e sarà un’importante occasione di confronto dei migliori skipper.

The novelty of this edition consists in the moving of the fields of regatta with the traditional seat of the Congregation Sailors to the Bath Marconi, on the East seafront. La novità di questa edizione consiste nello spostamento dei campi di regata dalla sede tradizionale della Congrega Velisti al Bagno Marconi, sul lungomare di Levante.

There are provided six proofs of length decided by the Committees of Regatta on the grounds of the conditions of the wind, the middle duration of each proof is going in about 2 hours, to exploit at most the spring breezes that blow at the sea which anticipation of the summer winds (north-east, east and sirocco). Sono previste sei prove di lunghezza decise dai Comitati di Regata in base alle condizioni del vento, la durata media di ogni prova è di circa 2 ore, per sfruttare al massimo le brezze primaverili che soffiano dal mare quale anticipazione dei venti estivi (grecale, levante e scirocco).

The classes admitted to “Sails of Easter 2011 “are Olympic Tornado, the Class To, Hobie Cat 16, MattiaEsse, Open 17 Formulates 18, Tyka, 18ht, ′, Open 19 ′ and Open 21 ′. At the end of the competition there will be awarded the first classified three of each class and, the “14th Trophy will be assigned to the absolute first one City of Cesenatico“. Le classi ammesse a “ Vele di Pasqua 2011 “sono l’Olimpica Tornado, la Classe A, l’Hobie Cat 16, Formula 18, Tyka, 18ht, MattiaEsse, Open 17′, Open 19′ e Open 21′. Al termine della gara saranno premiati i primi tre classificati di ogni classe e, al primo assoluto andrà assegnato il “14° Trofeo Città di Cesenatico “.

Ready to assist the athletes in competition, are eight boats cabinate, twenty rubber dinghies and about 100 persons of the associations Sub and forces of the Order as well as the members of the Congregation Sailors. Pronte ad assistere gli atleti in gara, sono otto imbarcazioni cabinate, venti gommoni e circa 100 persone delle associazioni Sub e delle forze dell’Ordine oltre ai soci della Congrega Velisti.
