Blue like the fish!!!!
In March 21 2010 the gastronomic kermess returns to 19 to Cesenatico “Blue like the fish”, that this year is presented with a completely renewed garment. Between the objectives that it puts itself “Blue like the fish”, I join to 10th edition, it are certainly the exploitation and the promotion of the local ichthyic product, constituted preskilfully by blue fish, and the promotion of the restoration of quality of Cesenatico.
So many novelties put in field this year of the organizers, to begin at the amplification of the manifestation, which will maintain the "historical" seat of the Cologne Agip, as far as it looks after the restorative supporters to the A.RI.CE., but it will be widened also to the restaurants of the Historical Centre and of other zones of the city.
There will be opened another three points of somministrazione, one in the area of the Ichthyic Market to West, in whom a great tensile structure will be organised with the kitchens of the Fishermen, one in Square Ciceruacchio, with another tensile structure what there will accomodate the cooks of the IAL, the Associations of voluntary service and a resort host who will propose the typical products of the own seafaring gastronomy, and an other close to the Museum of the Navy where someone between the most renowned Cesenatico chef will test himself in the preparation of other succulent prescriptions based on fish.
In confirmation of the will, from the involved realities, of appreciating particularly the local product, it will be drafted for the first time in absolute, a regulation extremely detailed concerning the ichthyic kinds that will be able to be commercialised (blue fish ahead completely, but also other products, rigorously of the Adriatic one and of Cesenatico particularly).
Really to pick the primary objective of the initiative, that is the exploitation of the local production, will not be admitted the utilisation, from the present operators, fish of import.
For this reason, a committee has been constituted with exact functions of address and of control over the quality of the commercialised products.
The A.RI.CE. – Association Restorative of Cesenatico – assembles nearby the Cologne Agip, on the seafront Carducci, best his chef that will prepare tasty plates using the freshest blue fish of the Adriatic one (pilchards, sardine, anchovies, anchovies, paganelli, it moves), mussels, vongole and squills, proposed to the public at particularly advantageous prices.
In the historical and long centre the shores of the Port Leonardesque canal, the fishermen and the associations of voluntary service, will propose the prescriptions of the tradition, like the fried mixture, the maccheroncini to the meat sauce of cuttlefish, the passatelli in broth of fish or the risotto to the sailor suit, while in the wonderful scenery of the Museum of the Navy, the cooks of the Association Chef to Chef visit Emilia-Romagna again in modern key, some typical specialities of the local kitchen, all of it obviously, at prices to the course of all.
The gastronomic stands and on the Port canal, will remain opened to the Cologne Agip by the dinner of Friday 19 to the Sunday dinner on March 21 (from the 11.30 to the 15.30 and from the 18.00 to the 22.00).
The product “prince“ of the local board, or the blue fish, is always kept, erroneously, a poor fish. In fact it is about a product extremely richly in nutritive elements, due to his high proteinaceous content and to the perfect budget in essential amino acids and vitamin A and D, all characteristics that involve, like direct consequence, a sensitive lowering of the level of cholesterol in the blood.
All the hosts of “Blue like the fish” therefore, they will have the timeliness of tasting of everything a little bit, without worrying more than about much of their line, because this fish not only has a decidedly pleasant and delicate taste, but he is also a "toccasana" for the health.
During three days, there will be organised also manifestations of entertainment and initiatives tied to the promotion of the seafaring culture of the city and of his history.
