A RENDEZVOUS. “BLUE LIKE THE FISH”
At 25 in March 27 Cesenatico holds 11 ^ edition of “Blue like the fish”, gastronomic kermess dedicated to the exploitation of the product “prince“ of the local kitchen, or the blue fish, and to the promotion of the restoration of quality.
For the second consecutive year the manifestation will unwind not only in the historical Cologne Agip but also in the civic historical centre where somministrazione points will be prepared and it will be possible to taste the typical plates of the local seafaring tradition at moderate prices.
Particularly, in the zone of the Ichthyic Market to West, there will be organised a great tensile structure that will hold “The kitchen of the Fishermen”, in Square Ciceruacchio, in another capacious tensile structure, they will find space the Associations of Voluntary service AVIS and CCILS, Square Pisacane he will hold the stand of the Association “Fishermen to your house” and Course Garibaldi (front Communal Fish shop) that of “Between the sky and the sea”, while in the wonderful scenery of the Museum of the Navy, the cooks of the Association Chef to Chef visit Emilia-Romagna again in modern key, some typical specialities of the local kitchen, at prices to the course of all.
Obviously, the historical seat of the Cologne Agip will receive as always, the cooks of the A.RI.CE. Association Restorative Cesenatico – that will cook tasty manicaretti, using only and exclusively fresh fish of the Adriatic one, as sardine, anchovies, anchovies, paganelli or it moves.
For the occasion the Communal Fish shop extraordinarily will remain open to the public also on Sunday.
The initiative sees involved also different restaurants of the city, which will propose menu ad hoc, at particularly advantageous prices.
In confirmation of the will of all the subjects involved in the organisation of the event – Municipality of Cesenatico, Gesturist Spa, A.RI.CE, Coop. Fishermen, Confesercenti, Confcommercio – of appreciating and promoting the local product, there has been drafted a regulation extremely detailed on the ichthyic kinds that will be able to be commercialised during three days, which the utilisation does not admit from the present operators, fish of import.
To such a purpose there has been constituted a committee composed by the representatives of the institutions and of the associations organizzatrici, with exact functions of address and of control over the quality of the commercialised products.
The gastronomic stands will remain opened by the Friday dinner to the Sunday dinner (schedules: from the 11.30 to the 15.30 and from the 18.00 to the 22.00).
